Birthday Parties   

 NEW BIRTHDAY PARTY RATES EFFECTIVE MAY 1st, 2010

Rates:

During Business Hours: $80

• Covers 15 children and 15 adults (no exceptions please).  Please include birthday child and museum members on the guest list. Maximum of 20 children atending during business hours.
• Additional children are $7.00 w/a free adult
• Additional adults are $4.00

Exclusive After Business Hours: $150

• 25 maximum children
• All adult guests are included in the price.

** Seating capacity of party room = 25 children

Benefits:

• The birthday child gets a Children’s Discovery Museum T-shirt
• The Party Room is yours for the reserved 1 1/2 hour period
• All exhibits are available for your guests to enjoy during the party time
• You supply all of the birthday child’s favorite party goods and food
• Price includes 15 minute setup before and 15 minute cleanup time after the party
• Guests are welcome to stay after the party, if accompanied by their parent

Available Times:

Saturday:

• 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
• 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Sunday:

• 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM
• 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Exclusive Parties:

• Saturday 5 to 7 PM
• Sunday 4 to 6 PM

Other parties times may be possible; call us to check availability.

Booking and Refunds:

Reserve your party early! A $20 deposit will confirm and secure your reservation.  Please be advised that without your deposit, the room can not be guaranteed.

Parties must be scheduled and paid in full two weeks prior to the date. Refunds for cancellations are not offered; however, in the event of illness or inclement weather, we can reschedule the party for a later date.
